Refund policy

Bambooz Poles are covered for 2-years against damage due to manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. We will replace, at our discretion, any pole we deem defective within the warranty period. Poles must be purchased from an authorized Bambooz dealer or this website. Warranty does not cover damage due to ordinary wear and tear, neglect, frozen flask contents, or intentional destruction.

We make premium ski poles, and our goal is always to "make it right". If we can't, you can return your poles within 30 days for a full refund. Custom poles and straps will receive a partial refund.
